I had a wonderful experience with Murdoch for my puppy’s recent visit. The entire team was so kind and professional throughout the process. What stood out the most was how they followed up after the appointment — they called to check on how my puppy was doing and even stayed in touch through call and emails. It really showed that they genuinely care about their patients, not just during the visit but afterward too.
Amazing compassionate vets and staff that genuinely care about your furbabies. They go above and beyond to make sure they have all the info needed and do extra homework when your case isn't a straight forward issue. They all genuinely care about your pet and what's their best interest and not just getting paid like many places.
Awesome staff!! I love Dr McConnell as a vet and everyone is so polite and accommodating. Everyone really acts like they care and they listen to you and your concerns. Also, the actual building is beautiful. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Great animal care place.
I had an emergency with my dog on a holiday Sunday. Dr Kelly and Callie were fantastic and very compassionate. I would 100% recommend them. Andi and I are very grateful for the thorough follow-up care and calls. Thank you!
