Receptionist Jess very rude and unprofessional. Need training on how to talk to patients
The doctor and nurses are always lovely and i’m happy with their services every time, however the front desk receptionist ladies are rude and unprofessional in dealing with clients telling personal information out loud in front of other patients and I did not appreciate how I was treated by them, never had an issue up till now. Dr. Peter Burke, he is really nice.
Today it was quite fast! I was out in 30 mins! I definitely recommend Dr Peter Burke, he really seems to know what’s going on out there. He was spot on about the behaviours of people at the uni and of different cultures. I really appreciate his insight.
The reception staff were extremely kind, and I’m really grateful to have access to a bulk-billed GP. However, my experience with the GP I saw was honestly horrible. I left feeling really upset, almost in tears, as she was condescending and rude throughout the appointment. I understand everyone has bad days, and I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but this was a really upsetting experience for me. I won’t be returning to that specific GP.
