5stars for the Nurse not to the Doctor. Taking very long time. I don’t know what they are doing. It’s almost 1hr waiting and still waiting. Frustrating….
I wrote this comment because I feel that respect and politeness in the health service have not improved. I understand that everyone has their own pressures and struggles, but if you choose to work in this profession, professionalism is essential. The most basic requirement when dealing with patients is respect. The doctors are good, but the receptionists (the blonde lady with long hair and glasses who speaks in a soft voice, I am not sure if she realises that the way she speaks and communicates with students can be inappropr... read more
GP services is not here anymore
The gps and receptionists are nice to me which is good, but the wait times are horrendous. Every single time I make an appointment my doctor is consistently 40min+ late, and I end up behind in what I have planned for the day. As I am writing this I have been in the waiting room for 40 minutes and I start work soon. The waiting times need to improve drastically or at least tell us that the doctors behind??
