The gps and receptionists are nice to me which is good, but the wait times are horrendous. Every single time I make an appointment my doctor is consistently 40min+ late, and I end up behind in what I have planned for the day. As I am writing this I have been in the waiting room for 40 minutes and I start work soon. The waiting times need to improve drastically or at least tell us that the doctors behind??

Receptionist Jess very rude and unprofessional. Need training on how to talk to patients
The doctor and nurses are always lovely and i’m happy with their services every time, however the front desk receptionist ladies are rude and unprofessional in dealing with clients telling personal information out loud in front of other patients and I did not appreciate how I was treated by them, never had an issue up till now.
