The reception staff were extremely kind, and I’m really grateful to have access to a bulk-billed GP. However, my experience with the GP I saw was honestly horrible. I left feeling really upset, almost in tears, as she was condescending and rude throughout the appointment. I understand everyone has bad days, and I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but this was a really upsetting experience for me. I won’t be returning to that specific GP.
Overall, I was happy with the service here. The GPs and most of the staff were friendly, but there was one senior nurse who didn't follow the doctor's instructions, which really confused me. The doctor told me specifically not to touch the healing area and to avoid getting it wet. However, this nurse insisted I wash it out with antibacterial liquid gel. The wait time is unbelievable. Left me waiting for an hour. I even came 20 minutes early. I don’t know how the students wait an hour for an appointment
