Find any other Rheumatologist. Did not care, investigate or refer for anything after 1 year wait. Spoke badly about my GP, didn’t listen properly, took my money and sent me away. Reception staff are disgustingly disrespectful. Over the last 4 months have been promised a phone call by the doctor with no follow through and the “ladies” behind the desk CONSTANTLY turn off the phones while Charlie likes to hang up on clients while they are talking. If you want answers and are genuinely concerned for your health, go elsewhere.
I had a frustrating experience with this rheumatologist clinic in Perth. I called ahead to schedule a private appointment and was told I needed a referral from a GP. After driving an hour and paying $160 for the referral, I completed all necessary tests. However, today I was informed that the waiting time for an appointment is a year.
