I am very grateful to Dr Kai Goh and staff at Murdoch Ophthalmology for the excellent service I received with my recent cataract surgeries. They were always very professional, taking the time to clearly explain what was about to happen at every appointment. The surgery itself went extremely well, and I have been impressed with the outcome. If you need eye care, Murdoch Ophthalmology is the place to go!
Appointment is never on time, sometimes waiting more than 2 hours, very un organised and money grabbing place, on top of all that one of the girls from receptions doesn't answer yes or no,she nodding her head.
This place is awful and treats you like a meat factory despite privately billing. Dr running hours behind, no information provided to people waiting and their waiting area smells like a public toilet. Really gross and unwelcoming. Recommend you go elsewhere!
Excellent service and saved me money today. Dr Lim very professional and was quick with my appointment. Would recommend him to anyone with eye problems.
