Dr Beale was absolutely lovely: so kind, caring, and genuinely cared about me and wanted what was best for me. She explained everything very clearly and treated me like an equal rather than a patient. I also knew her office was gender and queer affirming not because of the posters and stickers but because of the Chapel Roan playing in the waiting room.
Dr Katie has been fantastic, and identified issues that everyone else I have seen (two other gynocologists, 3 pelvic health physios and 2 GPs) had not noticed. Very kind and professional service. She went above and beyond to help me. Cannot recommend enough.
I have seen Dr Katie Penrose for a couple of (completely painless!) gynaecological procedures and I couldn't be happier. She is a very knowledgeable and skilled clinician, as well as a wonderful human being. She also has an amazing team (practice and nursing staff) who are also very friendly, caring and did everything to make my visit a pleasant experience. And a special mention to the perfect waiting room rug. Highly recommend seeing Dr Penrose for gynaecological issues.
Dr Beale is fantastic, she obviously cares and is very compassionate. I would highy recommend her.
