I am pretty disappointed with my experience. Paid $460 for an appointment that achieved nothing. Dr Gianatti was very educational, however my appointment just felt scripted and all over the place. I didn’t feel listened to nor did it feel like Dr Gianitti’s approach to my care was individualised. I was advised by Dr Gianatti that she would write a letter to my GP and provide me a copy for other specialists. It has been 2 weeks since my appointment and I am yet to receive this letter. My GP also has not received any update. I... read more

Wonderful Professional people for help and opinions when I was seriously struggling and ill. Got the advice and support I needed to get back on track.

Dr Gianatti is the only specialist I have seen to be truly empathetic and supportive. She really listens to what you want and is happy to try different ways to help your medical needs. She is not a one thing fits all dr. I’m very happy with the service she has given me, I have lots of medical conditions caused by autoimmune diseases which I have had to see many specialists for, so I unfortunately have a lot of drs visits for comparison.

I was given no treatment plan, no referral for someone else who can help, and told maybe do the same bloods again and have a phone call in a month. He literally said to me doctors aren’t interested in helping when we don’t know the answer or don’t have an obvious c... read more

Dr Ricky Arenson - could not recommend him enough! I wasn’t comfortable with the treatment plan from the public hospital so I decided to seek a second opinion from him and I can say this decision practically saved my life. He is also empathetic yet very knowledgeable, a rare combination. Thank you, WA needs more doctors like you.
