The doctors are great although hard to see regular doctor I’ve had since I was young, the other doctors are pretty good and friendly. one of the old reception lady’s is horrible she needs a new job, tried to make us reschedule appointment because we were running 10 mins late, on the phone she was rude and huffing and puffing like it was a big deal get to the doctors greeted by daggers by her and a warm welcome from the other receptionist, mind you theres one person in the waiting room the doctor we were seeing literally came... read more
Can never get in tried this morning to book on HotDoc no appointments for days. Lovely lady doc I see but must book couple mths ahead to see her. I personally don’t like phone message I have had to hang up lots as I’m at work or something it’s so long when if you ring you really just need to talk to a receptionist to make an appointment and never have I rang a doctors with huge long message saying call back after 10am too. Got out of hospital 3rd April,ring with a swollen tongue in big distress on 4th april need to speak to my doctor now im haveing a reaction to medication. Cold Hearted receptionist say she is busy but you do have an appointment May 6th lol Receptionist is more suited to slaughtering cattle by hand ! No heart at all ! If it was her son or father be seen to in a flash.
