I took my time to complete this application process, and before I could even submit my application, I was receiving an email saying that they had chosen another candidate. They didn't choose another candidate that fast; they just didn't choose me, which is fine. But to make it so obvious that you so heavily rely on AI for your talent acquisition is disturbing. Unprofessional, wasted my time then acted like children in the process. After 6 weeks of interviews and onboarding, They ignored my phone calls and emails for several days like they just broke up with me or something. Then I received a letter in the mail to tell me my offer was rescinded due to education misunderstanding... the MAIL... what year is this (that wasnt the problem, the problem is how they handled it). lol Grow up and give someone a call next time especially if you've had them on the hook and ready to get started... read more
On a recent trip up to north Carolina from Canada, our visit with this company was excellent, very professional crew, very knowledgeable and helpful crew, and the machinery is top notch, was very impressed with the company as a whole as well as the people I met during our visit.
