Made a phone appointment. Doctor never called. Tried calling them, voice mail is full. This place is a joke. Response: it's not surprising that you can't answer since that seems to be standard operating procedures for you.

As someone who works in health care and deals with a lot of front desk people, nurses and dr’s I can’t stress enough how wonderful the three ladies at the front desk are. They were very kind and patient with me over the phone and even in person. I stood for maybe 2 seconds before one of them asked if I needed help and they said it with a positive attitude and kindness in their voice.
