The receptionist was very rude.She didn't listen, simply told me to book the appointment online, and hung up immediately. That's ridiculous.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The phones are never answered right away. You need to bother calling 10 times in an hour or more to finally to talk to someone, and ONLY if you get lucky! They don’t answer phones on their work hours and don’t do the job properly. I haven’t received medical documents after talking to the doctor in couple days now. Calling back to the doctor if you missed a call, it’s the same story, it can take ages to get back!!!
If I could give a negative star review I would. The staff member who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. Telling me I can’t book a phone appointment with my doctor and telling me I have to come in when the doctor needs to talk to me about something so small. She told me that I should “find another doctor if I don’t want to come in” my appointment would be probably 2 seconds in person so I don’t get what her problem is. WORST EXPERIENCE! I have been patient with Dr. Dhanjal from past 3 years. Now he's being rude and unprofessional, I had took appointments twice regarding serious skin allergy and he didn't bothered to call out. How irresponsible is it. He also belongs to sikhism and still behave badly to his own people. Such a shame. No one's worth of such rudeness and misconduct.
This is the worst place! My family doctor moved here and the staff who answer the phones are rude and so unhelpful. They don’t care about anyone’s health. My daughter was very sick and we were trying to get tests done and results back asap I would call and be told basically too bad we can wait a week….. ( ended up in children’s hospital) With doctor shortages you would think they could be a bit more helpful for patients.
