I've been going to Dr M Bhat for years Always been happy till yesterday. Got message that I missed appointment from prior day. Never got reminder and to be totally honest I had forgotten. When i called to reschedule I was told I was no longer a patient and banned from practice. According to their records I had missed 15 appointments in 4 years. To be honest.
