My adult daughter with disabilities had an endoscopy. The staff was all caring and ensured she knew what they were doing. They did their best to keep her calm before the procedure. She's always inconsolable coming out of anesthesia and that day was no different. Her recovery nurse was exceptionally patient in allowing her to come out of it on her own time but at the same time gently encouraging her to drink and open her eyes. Everyone was great.
