Dr. Rashid and his entire team are absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, he treated my wife with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. He originally recommended a highly qualified specialist for her two implants because he truly wanted the best outcome for her, and that alone showed us how much integrity he has as a dentist. After the implants healed, Dr. Rashid personally completed her 3-crown bridge, and the final result was beyond perfect. I am very sad to say that I referred my sister who just moved to Clearwater to Dr. Rashid whom I know from Endo and today the ball was dropped. My sister was not given her copay amount up front as requested nor told up front you guys do not take Amex, nor did you inform she wasn’t even get her cleaning at this visit and only saw Dr. Rashid for 3 minutes. Very disappointed! Hopefully you guys get it together because you’ve just lost my sister and her family as patients.
Doctor Rashid provides the best care I have ever received in 40 years, as a doctor or dentist. His bedside manner, gentalness and continued care afterwards make him exceptionally above the rest.
