Review update ( 26 April) Your response is just a generic copy-paste and avoids the actual issue. You refused to apply polish on my feet, claiming there was a problem — yet you still charged me for it. On top of that, you did not properly perform the pedicure service at all, but still took full payment. Charging a customer for services that were NOT provided is unacceptable and misleading. First time at this salon and it exceeded my expectations. I showed Alina a picture of what I wanted and although a French manicure can seem pretty simple, I’m still very particular.. She nailed my expectations on the first attempt. No adjustments needed.. nothing. The cuticles were clean, the shape was flawless and the overall finish was exactly what I wanted. Classy and clean. Happy to have found a salon closer to home.

My first manicure here was such a great experience that I came back the very next day for a pedicure! It was my first time getting a European-style BIAB manicure, and it couldn’t have been better. My cuticles and nail beds look incredibly clean and professional. It’s only been a couple of days, but the gel hasn’t lifted at all. One of the best nail salons I’ve been to. Definitely recommend! :)

Very disappointed. The nails started lifting and peeling shortly after they were done, even though the service was more expensive than other places. When I complained, they also refused to accept responsibility. Definitely not worth the price.
