Their staff have been painting our condo complex for the last two months. They’ve been here every day on time and doing a great job. Respond to any request for an additional work in a timely manner.
Dishonest, Unreliable, and Completely Unprofessional I signed a $14,250 contract with Munyan in April 2024 (70% HOA / 30% homeowner) and paid $3,250. After cashing my check in May 2024, they did almost nothing for over a year. We started working with Munyan on the full exterior repaint of our development. They are now our preferred provider for all exterior paint, stucco and sealant work. Jack and the team at Munyan are reliable, top quality, responsive and reasonably priced. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
