Have experienced a lot of problems with the model 300 dehumidifier units in our curling center. Have had to replace motors, heaters etc. Not happy with these units or the company's response to our concerns. Roger

Fantastic company, good, solid products and solutions, however, Field Service Supervisors bully employees and treat their people like garbage. I would rate this company higher, however, HR needs to look at their Field Supervisors and how they treat the people who work for them. Bullying and Gaslighting of employees should never be tolerated and should be reported. Contact your local State Senator or Representative to support and vote for the Healthy Workplace Act.
