Medicaid approved my claim and paid them out and they still have the audacity to bill me when it goes against the contract you guys signed.
Kept sending me a bill because Medicare denied payment for a simple chest x-ray. Then they notified Medicare that I had another primary insurance which caused a lot of confusion and denial of my other claims.
