As a service technician myself, this was Absolutely the worst service experience ever. Called them out for an ac repair to help out my neighbors. We had already come to the conclusion there is a problem with the compressor. The guy shows up and doesn’t even do any diagnostics. He looks at the thermostat and tries to quote over 1k in repairs to fix the unit and says it will take at least a week for the parts to come in. They came out and fixed my mother’s AC in her RV. They do very detailed work and explained things that an 80 yr old woman can understand. I give them a 10 for how they dealt with her and she gives them a 10 for cooling things off.
Came out on a Saturday to replace my ac, which had been dead for a while. Took them less than 30 minutes and summer is now tolerable again. 10/10 will be calling them if I need anything else done to my travel trailer. Fast, courteous, and very reasonable prices.
