the owner Sam sold me a broken machine and said he would return my money and now Sam is ignoring my calls! I have all the messages from joes wife lying to me and claiming there was no leaks and machine was not broken. Which was a big lie after a mechanic looked at the machine and said someone intentionally tried to hide damage. This person is shady I would stay away from this business before you get taken for a ride also
No pride in what they do, extremely sloppy and very messy. Stay away unless you like waiting for ever for a terrible job to be finished. Worst mistake of my life was hiring Munster Glass.
After calling several glass repair shops Munster Glass was the only one to get back to us in a timely manner. The quote they gave us to replace window panes in some broken windows was reasonable and they fixed it quickly and properly. I would definitely recommend them.
