TV repair horrible!! – Had the Munster electronics man come to our house to see what was wrong with our tv. We had some white fuzziness on our LCD HDTV. He came out for $50.00 and told us what was wrong with it and that it would take 1 week to fix the problem. We decided to take it in and they had it over 2 weeks. We had to keep calling them to see what was going on with it because they wouldn't keep us updated on the repair. Terrible Customer Service – I took my stereo receiver in after a lightning strike and power surge damaged the receiver. I paid the owner $40 for an assessment and estimate of repair. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks I called the owner. He informed me that the receiver had extensive electrical damage caused by lightning, and gave me an estimate of $400 to repair.
