Most despicable service ever. The receptionist is the rudest person we have ever met who has zero customer service skills. She was loud, would not listen and argued with us about everything. Have never met a ruder person in my life. Mechanic said he would call us back and never did. Would rather lose customers then admit they were wrong. Horrible experience and they conveniently lost our warranty. Rude!
