I had been a loyal Munson’s plain milk chocolate customer for over a decade, eating 5+ bars daily. I would advocate that your customer service and chocolate were the absolute best - the quality is unbeatable. That is not true lately. With that being said, has there been a change in the brands of ingredients that you use for your milk chocolate bars or the brand you use for the foil and glue to seal the bars?
