Joe is the real deal. Our water heater was on its last leg and Joe came with his son. The easiest thing would have been to tell us it needed to be replaced but Joe spent several hours trying to fix it including buying a part. Well, it didn’t work so he replaced it. Didn’t charge us for the part or extra time. Fair and honest and focused on doing what was best for us. Highly recommend him.
A friend of mine recommended Mr. Munson to replace my old furnace. After comparing estimates, we decided to have Munson Plumbing do the job. They were professional, on time, quoted us with reasonable pricing, cleaned up the job site after completion of the project, and maintained good communication with us.
