Unbelievable. I just spent about 20 minutes with a technician that couldn't grasp what the order requested, would not listen to why I was there and I had to REPEAT answers multiple times and she still didn't understand. She tried to call me a liar when I answered that I have a bulging disk at C3-4. "how doy you know, what makes you think that? “ I know because I have xrays and MRIs that stated so. Don't go to this lab for blood work if you are a person who has smaller veins and need a butterfly needle. The technician is not experienced and will "fish" to try to hit your vein. Go to TC Munson lab; they have more experience.
I went here for x-rays and it was great. I got in with no problems, was x-rayed and on my way. Great people.
Website say they close at 4:30, I got there at 3:59 and they said they couldn't help me, terrible customer service!!!
