I initially went to urgent care for my injury and I thought they did a great job. I had a follow up appointment at occupational health. I was very disappointed. The doctor barely looked at my wound and after care suggestions. I had to prompt questions. All she wanted to do was a drug test that was not required by my company for an incident that happened a month prior. I ended up doing my own research on what to put on my wound to prevent scarring. I would not recommend going here if possible. Poor.
I was recently injured at work and sent to Munson Occupational Health. I have been treated very well the entire time. Alexis is usually the one to check me in and go over paperwork before leaving. She has been very helpful, respectful and caring. She always has a smile on her face and it doesn't matter how busy it is. I have been seeing Adam Toomey who has been wonderful too. He has been very caring, thorough,and listens. I have to say I have been impressed with this place.
Dr.Hunter doesn't listen to the patient. I complain about extreme pain on both my hands due to developing carpal tunnel at work. She only listen to me for about 5 minutes did some stupid hand test and said I didn't get carpal tunnel at work. So she didn't put no weight restrictions for work and I suffered for 2 weeks until I could get an appt. with my primary.
