This site absolutely sucks! It makes it over complicated to try and schedule an appointment! Geez Munson Healthcare PLEASE get your "stuff" together! Let alone not having enough General Practitioners for Manistee area. It sucks having to drive to Traverse City or elsewhere to be able to recieve care especiallywhen ill, even with Blue Cross and Blue Shield! Best of luck on improving, I'll have my fingers crossed for ya Munson!
My Primary is at Munson for every day issues. But when the urgent care is only open Monday-Friday, because people never get sick or have problems on the weekends! I believe is wrong. Someone shouldn’t have to go to an E.R for like tooth pain/abscess and pay 250 dollar deductible for antibiotics, plus insurance paying the rest of bill. People who use same day clinic as their primary should need to find a regular doctor and then maybe open the urgent care 3 days a week if needed, but open on weekends. October 2023. Great service almost no wait. Provider Casey Gilmore and his nurse were very professional and attentive. Got me fixed up and on my way. Similar experience in December 2022.
