Physician is appropriate. Communication with office is horrible. Voice mail transfer to Charlevoix Surgeons and numerous calls were not returned. Testing results were not added to Munson online access. 30 days later this office was called by testing facility and I was called and directed to come to office and pick up the results in person. Minor conditions may be ok but more serious conditions require better follow up!
I give 2 stars one for my provider and one for the receptionist, both are great. My problem is I called to make an appointment and the receptionist informed me she can't make appointments anymore. She takes down your info, sends it to the clinical team who review it and they decided if you need to see the practitioner or if they feel they can help you, then they call you to make an appointment. Unfortunately if they are busy you will be waiting days before they call you back, as I have. Then they are only open 3 days a week ... read more
