Beautiful furniture, we bought a round dining table with 6 chairs. In store customer service is great, everyone is always friendly...but it is EXTREMELY hard to get a hold of anyone over the phone. I sent one of my chairs back almost 5 months ago to see if they could re-stain it bc this one seemed like a different shade than the rest and was noticeably different even though it was the same colour as my original chair (kids broke the original and we bought this one afterwards). Dear Monroe Furnishings, I am currently giving you 1 star (Should be a 0 ) and our next move would be to contact visa and better business bureau. I will be more then happy to change the review once we get an update on the status of our kitchen table set that was placed April 4th (3 Months & 4 days to be exact with a deposit of 2K (Besides the point). I am so very happy with the job Munro's did on refinishing my table. They were able to make it match beautifully with the chairs I purchased from them. I now have comfortable chairs and a gorgeous table to match.
