We arrived at the children’s ER later in the evening. We received great communication and concern for our reason being there. The staff was very kind and helpful and great with children. Waiting area was clean. Staff kept us up to date with what to expect time wise. We were triaged pretty quickly and had to wait a little because a few ambulance arrivals which is to be expected. I loved the service the pediatric.Everything was very quick and efficient. The doctors and nurses were very kind, attentive, and professional.
