Staff here are not well educated and make mistakes which leads to clients being denied medications. You will be told one thing by staff and then another thing back to back. Very unprofessional, would not recommend. I ended up having to switch pharmacies because last time I went to pick up my meds the pharmacists hadn't bothered filling my prescription even though it had been received the day before. Dealing with a family member in the hospital, with a hearing aide, the lady working on the Saturday Jan 13th/24 was incredibly helpful and incredible to deal with. Can't say enough how much it meant at a trying time.
New massage therapist Cassandra Wootton of Vieve Massage in the back of the pharmacy is excellent! She is really great at explaining what muscles she is working on via diagrams. She also likes a, "problem," to solve and will research to further help you inbetween treatments. That's something I've really appreciated since my job has become too much sitting that has led to some back and hip issues. I have been seeing Cassandra as my RMT for over two years and am excited she has opened a practice closer to my home!
Excellent service and even brought my medication out to the car as I had Covid. Very friendly and helpful - just like their original location.
