Such a beautiful building! Really love that it’s steps to the train. Neighbors are really polite and the building is extremely clean. Lots of great restaurants in the area too — there is a high-end salon and coffee shop on the first floor.
Great location next to the train, with tall ceilings, an industrial loft charm with real structural wooden beam accents, and exposed brick.
The interior is great, nice urban look. although i had an ant problem and all of the brick dust would be on the floor. in these apartments you can literally HEAR your neighbors, no joke about that, i heard when their TV was on, when they were on the phone etc.. so beware for that Parking on this street is HORRIBLE. if you hate finding parking do not live here! always got ticketed 24/7 that lady is always walking around, over an hour ? boom here's a ticket .. even though you literally live there.
