I was extremely disappointed in how Monroe conducts their business. I took my car there for inspection and if anything needed done I wanted to know what because we have a friend that's a mechanic and saves us a ton of money. We took the car to have completed what they said was wrong. The guy there said if we had the car back before 4 pm that day all he would do is check to make sure the brakes were changed and then put the sticker on the car. exhaust downpipe needed a sharper offset than his pipe bender's radius was able to do so the owner told me "i dont cut and weld pipe" and my car was a piece of shit. no lie. so keeping my cool, i still bought the straight lengths of pipe from them and went home and did it myself. "custom" exhaust shop? what a joke. more like a slap it and charge shop. if you're lucky. if i was able to give less than 1 star i would
Amazing work done to my car. Got slowed down by insurance problems but not their fault. Car looks immaculate. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing work done. I am 100% satisfied with their work!
