I had my master bathroom remodeled almost three years ago. Unfortunately, I used a shoddy contractor, who was horrible to deal with from the start. He did such poor quality work that I still hesitate to show anyone my master bathroom! He attempted to 'coat' my olive green, cast-iron tub, white, which he did prior to tiling the shower walls. As he was tiling the walls in the shower, after coating the tub, he proceeded to drop tiles and tools on the newly-coated tub, chipping the tub. This was our second time using this company's services. After the materials were received in their warehouse, they called to schedule the start date. They arrived on time everyday, worked efficiently, cleaned as he worked, completed the work timely. We will be using their services for the next project and would highly recommend Munro Products.

After another local refinisher botched 2 attempts to refinish my tub, ruined my new suround, bathtub spout and got paint on my new floor and carpet, I called Munro. They not only came out within a few short days, they were able to strip away several coats of finish left by the other company and get right back to the original tub surface before laying down a nice, fresh finish in its place. They were neat and careful to protect my new fixtures, surround and floors. I wish I had called Munro first.

I had my bathroom remodeled 2 yrs. ago and the thought of having the tub taken out was out of the question. I had seen Munro Products at the home show several years prior, and decided to have it refinished. My original tub was approximately 25 years old and dark beige, I wanted it nice and white. Munro did the refinishing, Kohler white to match the new toilet and it is just gorgeous!! It is sparkling white and flawless. Our company's policy is to never receive full payment until our remodeling customer is "totally happy with our work"....then we receive final payment. Everyone we work for knows this is our policy! We have a 5 year service warranty for all remodeling customers. There are absolutely no sub-contractors that work on our projects that are unseasoned workers. I had my tub & tile sprayed by Munro 16 yrs ago and was thrilled with the out come.Though nothing was wrong, this past March I had them spray again to fresh'n up the look as well as change the color from white to biscuit. Just wanted to say how delighted I am once again. Genny K

I wanted to take the time to share my recent experience with Munro Products. The bathtub I have was in bad shape and over 25 yrs old so I had it refinished from blue to white... My vanity was an old marble one piece sink and vanity unit that I had refinished from blue to white with biscuit spatter. When the technician arrived he was very pleasant and got right to work.
