Parking somewhat limited as we know. Encountered a very stupid driver earlier. Reversed out of a bay without looking then drove at my vehicle. I won’t put her details here. But what a rude horrible individual. On a 12 plate. Hopefully you have cctv. Nothing to do with the staff. Just the rude horrible people that they must deal with.
Person-centred care is not at this surgery at all. Doctors and Nurses are so rude. They speak any how and don't even care what they say. It's so unfortunate we have to be seen by people who are unable to maintain the NMC Code of conduct but still get away with it and call themselves professional. Very sad.....
I have seen a lot of bad reviews on here, i must say we are all humans and as such im sure you will agree, we all have bad days and things don't always go to plan. Being customer facing can be difficult especially with multicultural and health difficulties so I take a lot of the comments with a pinch of salt I moved from another doctor surgery that i had been with for 60 years, yes i had some difficulties when moving over, however these challenges were handled professionally and when explained made sence as to why they happe... read more
