put in an order on Sunday July 19 2026, so far I have emailed them twice and called multiple times. no answer, unreachable. my bill says $212 for shipping, then later it shows to be an approximate and could cost up to $212 PER WHEEL... the wheels are the same cost... making this order pointless if they charge that much for shipping. tried to tell them to confirm shipping price before shipping and if the price is $212 PER WHEEL then please cancel the order. next step is to make a complaint to the credit card company as their ... read more
Difficult company to get ahold of. There appear to be multiple drop shipping businesses with similar names operating from the same address and using the same phone number. I'm trying to speak with someone regarding a recent order, but no one answers the phone, and I haven't been able to get a response by email either. My payment has already been processed, and I'm still waiting for an update.
Jessica at Munro Industries was absolutely outstanding to deal with. Her communication was stellar from start to finish, and she quickly understood the urgency of our situation. I bought a tool from there website and got the confirmation email and confirmation number, but the day after, my order was cancelled without any explanations. I had to contact them myself to find out what was going on. They just told me that it was backorder and that their website probably wasn't updated when I made the purchase! No apologies, no attempt to find any solution. Really poor customer service and awful cie.
