I bought a tool from there website and got the confirmation email and confirmation number, but the day after, my order was cancelled without any explanations. I had to contact them myself to find out what was going on. They just told me that it was backorder and that their website probably wasn't updated when I made the purchase! No apologies, no attempt to find any solution. Really poor customer service and awful cie.
Took 5 days to even get shipped out and i asked for it to be shipped prolator express(i paid $22 ) for and it was shipped fedex and now is stuck in the states with weather delay and now were on a week and not sure when its coming !!!
They were quick to reply to questions, sourced exactly what I was looking for, and fast shipping. Great communication and follow up!
