Horrible Experience with this wanna be lawyer. If I could rate 0 stars I would but google only allowed a minimum of one. Mr Munoz along with his poor customer service staff Norma were THE RUDEST people I have ever met and dealt with. They refused to help with anything regarding a case, simply asking for a letter saying he is working on a case, he and the representative both were just making a fool out of us because he is a “free” lawyer, he wont answer phone calls, receptionist will hang up, they wont talk, listen or give a ... read more
Very rude lawyer and his receptionist Norma! Had been calling for days requesting some documentation that states he was working on my case and they were being rude about it very unaware about my case details they had no idea this was something that happened 3 years ago. They were arguing with me back and forth, If anyone gets assigned this lawyer I recommend switching because they don’t care about their clients at all no sympathy. After asking for help he right away stated that he will be removing himself from the case!
