Hired Karen based on her previous reviews. In hindsight all those reviews were quite old. The 1st cleaning Karen did she was by herself, we could not have been happier with the work. The 2nd cleaning her and her husband came and it was rather poorly done. When I contacted Karen and told her that we were not happy with the work, her and her husband both on the phone argued that it was done properly and thoroughly and they didn't even try to offer an "I'm sorry" or "how can we fix this".
