I recently had an unpleasant experience when attempting to gather information over the phone regarding prom dresses for my daughter. The individual who answered the phone, an older lady, was quite impolite and dismissive. She seemed unaware of the competitive landscape in the retail industry and demonstrated a lack of customer service skills. I want you to know how much I appreciate the excellent service I was provided today when I took my daughter to find a prom dress. Even though we couldn't get a dress you were able to help me make adjustments to one that we already had. Your attention to detail and great communication skills made the experience even better than I expected. Will definitely be a returning customer

I got my Quinceañera dress from Muñoz Bridal at it was beautiful!! It fit me so well thanks to the owner, Ines and I’ll definitely come back for my next dress.
