Thank you Geriel & Billy. I did not have much interaction with Billy. However Geriel was highly knowledgeable and extremely informative always keeping me aware of what he was doing and why. He was also very empathetic with my situation and worked to keep costs reasonable. Another fabulous member of the Munn’s Team. As always the Munn’s family exceeded my expectations. Arrived early which was great. Professional, hardworking and communicated the status of our A/C in terms we could understand. Efficient and goal directed.

Edgar was my service tech with Munns. Methodical work ethic. Edgar checked refrigeration lines carefully and found the source of the coolant leak. He did a expert repair on our A/C unit. Munns always shows up on schedule. Very happy with all the services provided.
