Very professional and knowledgeable. Great help for newer furnace owners.
Arrived on time. Thorough service. Explained everything. However, the fix was because of a bad install. Warranty covered the repair but I still had to pay $99 diagnostic charge. ???
Munn’s is the best. The technicians always are friendly and professional. Today I had an Ecobee thermostat installed, Krysrian explained everything and did a great job. Thank you!
Munns was the original provider, did our new home A/C walk thru, installed a mini split, put in a drop down ladder & provided attic insulation for garage and lanai. Munn's have provided annual maintenance & responded to a single weekend emergency callout. All service technicians have been great & collaborative. The service itself is thorough, high quality and we have a good record when things are done!
Bill Green did a great job. He redirected the drainage line and everything is working fine. Bill was extremely personable and explained exactly what he did to correct the problem. Would highly recommend Munn’s Heating and air for all your HVAC needs
