I usually have really good experiences at this clinic. I’ve recently just had another baby. With my previous child when they did the 6 weeks immunisations I also had my 6 week postpartum check up where I was able to talk to the doctor about my recovery and also speak about contraception options, so I was expecting the same thing when I went in today to get my second child 6 week immunisation. The receptionist on the phone was abrupt and rude. I called to ask a question and was willing to reschedule based on the query I had but the receptionist (John) was speaking to me like I am stupid when in fact I have done the right thing querying my concern before wasting the doctors time. I don’t understand the rude attitude and they definitely need to reevaluate their career choice if they can’t do their job with passion or at least a good attitude!
This facility once fell short of quality service but several years on and is now my chosen local medical clinic. Dr Sarker and John the practice manager are quite special.
Have never had a problem with the Munno Para Family Medical Clinic. I book online which is easier than ringing, and have found Dr AJ friendly and very helpful.
