This facility once fell short of quality service but several years on and is now my chosen local medical clinic. Dr Sarker and John the practice manager are quite special.
Have never had a problem with the Munno Para Family Medical Clinic. I book online which is easier than ringing, and have found Dr AJ friendly and very helpful.
Highly recommended dr AJ, he goes above & beyond for me & my family. The blonde lady at the reception is also lovely!
It's really bad when you have an appointment but you have to sit up to 40 minutes past your appointment as the doctors are always running late, yet they expect you to be on time for your appointment. This clinic needs more than one doctor, it's ridiculous the wait time. Maybe if we billed them for OUR time things might improve.
Waited 40 minutes for my appointment to get my prescription I have been taking for 3 years to be told the by the receptionist that the doctor is restricted from giving prescriptions. Can’t make another appointment today can’t get my prescription now which is dangeripus to stop taking Wasn’t offered any help explained my situation to be told I wont find another appointment today anywhere and pretty much to deal with it.
