I’m not the one to provide reviews but as this was the second time I’ve been here and same kind of customer service, I was bound to leave a review. Horrible service. The owner is super rude doesn’t even greet you once you come in. She only clearly favors clients who get their hair colored and comes in for a cut, clearly as that is where the $$$ is at. My experience at this salon was very disappointing and unprofessional. The owner spoke rudely and did not treat all customers equally. They seemed to prioritize only the clients who were paying for more expensive services. I went in for a manicure, but they did not complete it properly. In the middle of my service, they left me to attend another customer who was getting a facial. They did not finish my manicure and did not even apply the nail polish I had selected. I’m visiting from Canada and decided to stop by this salon. The service was absolutely wonderful! The stylists are incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. They are also very friendly and made me feel welcome right away. If you're looking for top-notch service, this is the place to go!
