Excellent eye medicine
I had to cancel an appointment (as a return patient) last October (2024) because of a personal emergency and have not been able to reschedule until this day (June 2025). Calls NEVER get picked up. Tried requesting an appointment online several times as well but have never gotten a message back.
1st off my eye DR. Here is amazing and gets 10 stars !!! She was able to refer me to a specialist at e.r. in turn which discovered a tumor pressing on my right optic nerve. I had emergency brain surgery to remove it October 30, 2023. This morning was my annual check up via visual field test. A petite Asian woman in a small silver sedan almost hit me as I tried to back in to park in lot. She never apologized, just parked down from me and sped walked away into building. Care here is fine, but the wait times are absolutely abysmal, they must double and triple book their providers. Expect to wait 30-60 minutes or so after your appointment time to be seen, it is a joke that they ask you to arrive 15 minutes ahead.
I have been trying to call to reschedule an appointment. There is no way that I can do this. They just do not pick up calls. Terrible at answering back when I left a message. A frustrating experience
