Very rude. Horrible manners. Female staff member went from patient to patient without washing or sanitizing her hands. Handed me a soiled eye cover during the exam. Someone's makeup residue was on the cover. (not mine). No cleansing wipes, sinks or sanitizer in the rooms,
Dr. Munn told me I had an infection under my eyelids, said my lymph nodes were swollen, and gave me 2 Z-packs. Told me it’ll be gone in a few weeks. Told him it kept getting worse and he said it looked almost gone. Fast forward 6 months...still had red eyes. Went to Duke and nothing that came out of his mouth was accurate. I have episcletiris, nothing to do with eyelids nor did I ever. The lymph nodes thing is inaccurate information and no one had ever heard of treating any of that with Z-pack. I was a patient with Dr. Munn for around 5 years and was very satisfied with every aspect of my eye care there. I have since relocated to Florida and hope that I can find a practice here with excellent care such as I experienced there.
Am just recovering from cataract surgery with Dr. Munn but have been his patient for about 10 years. He is one of the most knowledgable physicians that I have ever met. He is easy to talk to and he takes the time to make sure that you understand completely everything he says or does. I highly recommend him... And his staff is very competent and very nice.
