Very unprofessional and not understanding of business. This owner came into Verizon screaming and yelling saying I am the worst person on the planet because another representative 2 years ago made a mistake on his bill and I reprimanded the rep for it and routed the customer to proper channel to correct. Today 2 years later he comes in. Not how you get your bill fixed or proper help. Told him have a nice day and he said some derogatory remarks that I won’t write. Very unprofessional owner!!! I’ve had the displeasure of being around him And he uses foul language in a place of business not taking in consideration that others are around him when I seen him shouting and cussing at a store manger that was engaging with him in a respectful manner, It gave off the impression that he takes advantage of workers that have nothing to do with any of his problems, I would never hire his company nor would I ever recommend.
The owner is very unprofessional, came in being very belligerent to a Verizon manager while the manager was being professional and calm.
these people claim to do commercial electrical, yet pictures clearly show when inspector allows pvc pipe, they jump at that to pinch pennies thereby voiding the occupancy rating of 25+
