The staff was extremely inconsiderate and unkind. Specifically the physician assistant Bonnie. They consistently ignored and belittled past medical history. I helped bring in the patient with 2 of the patients family members, and the entire staff ignored what we were saying in relation to past medical experiences. This Urgent Care/ Emergency Hospital should not be practicing until they can properly train their doctors. The doctor who saw 2 of my family members on Saturday failed both of them. They couldn't diagnose a fracture when the person couldn't move their arm below the elbow and could barely move their fingers. The next person had an open gash from falling in the nearby falls, and they didn't give antibiotics after stitching the wound. I went to Urgent Care and they switched me to ER after hearing how I got my injury. The PA was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. He ordered appropriate tests and they were done quickly, radiologist read the scans in a very reasonable amount of time. Everyone, including the receptionist, nurses, and the rad tech were great. No one wants to deal with an injury on vacation but I'm very appreciative of the staff here and how well they worked together and how quickly I was seen.
