Dr Javed has been my family Doctor for over 20 years. Will never change until he retires.
I should have read reviews before I visited him. And I agree completely on both things he's been reviewed negatively for--predatory behavior and finding ways to bill without reason. I saw him for a 1st visit/annual physical in October 2024 after my husband found him. I blindly just followed advise till I came out of his exam room feeling uncomfortable and disgusted. Dr. Munir Javid is a great Doctor. Thanks to SARA HERNANDEZ-she was super helpful when getting things re-coded for me. She always kept a confirmation number, was quick to respond, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much !
I have been seeing Dr Javed for over a decade but since the last year, things have been terrible, particularly since they changed to El Camino. Getting an appointment is a mess. Staff us clueless and occasionally hangs up. They made me do an extra visit just because their network had changed. They sent me the bill which would only pay via app and app would keep on failing. After several tries when it went through, they still sent it to collections.
I’ve been with Dr Javed for almost 30 years. In all my experiences he has proved to be a caring and honest doctor. He takes time to give you all the necessary info in every day terms. Feeling comfortable and being able to discuss anything with your own doctor is most important. I highly recommend him.
