locally sourced from their controlled wetland, which is seemingly full of polluted runoff water. one sip, and you may feel like you're sitting poolside, as it is treated with what seems to be a generous dose of chlorine. therefore, I award two stars, one for edward, and one for at least attempting water safety. they should utilize one of the many, many freshwater springs in the area instead.

Rude customer service. As a rental property owner, they limit us in dealing tenants bills. Yet, when they dont pay, this company want the owner to pay for the balance- ridiculous policy!

Virtually all Public Services offices get bad reviews for obvious reasons. However, the Mount Laurel MUA office breaks that norm. In anticipation for the sale of my house, I called the MUA to start the account shut down, and the office was exceptionally helpful. During the call they informed me that I needed my internal (house) water meter replaced, and told me that did have a next day appointment available at 11:00am.
