I just got off the phone with the most ignorant woman from customer service. I was calling to simply ask a question about a bill and the tone and attitude I was given was absolutely disgusting. She spoke to me like I was so stupid. Education and training on how to speak to people like human beings should be a mandated requirement that all customer service line employees of the township should have to partake in regularly.
