Do not recommend this insurance company unless you want time constraints on construction projects!! Currently in the process of redoing our front porch/steps due to it not being stable when we purchased our home in 2024 and building a privacy fence. This project was started late fall 2025 and still a work in progress due to winter weather in Ohio. Literally the worst insurance company there is! You are better off not having insurance at all!!!!
Horrible company you will be better off with no insurance.Been with them 17 years when hurricane hit last of September they were fast to drop you after you made a claim. The rudest people I have had to deal with and this was my 1st claim in my life I ever had to make on insurance Had to pay out of my own pocket for damages I guess it was 17 years of giving away money to them
