My experience with the court through the process of a traffic violation that I was correctly cited for was exceptionally professional.
Judge Tamy Eret is an absolute tyrant with out any supervision or accountability whatsoever. The judge is personal friends with the prosecutor (delayne merritt) outside of the court room and the entire situation is INSANELY corrupt. Hopefully the Colorado BAR Association takes my ADA and 1st amendment violation complaints seriously and the judge can be held to the correct legal standards.
