If I could do zero stars, I would. Bought a new construction home in 2020. In the past 6 years, we’ve had 8 roof leaks. The roof warranty is only a year. The roof has so many problems, we’re going to have to spend at least 12K on a new roof already. That’s just one of our problems. Our LVP floors are all wavy on the first floor, so we’ll have to replace flooring too. I mentioned it during the warranty period and they said it wasn’t bad enough. Since then, it’s gotten worse.
This was our third new build home and by far the worst in terms of quality and customer service. The craftsmanship was very poor (uneven doors, unfinished cuts in trim work, seams that show on trim, mismatched floorboards, HVAC issues years later, improperly installed gutter that caused a lot of water damage in our sunroom (but it wasn’t their problem, so they wouldn’t fix it because it wasn’t caught after 1 year) and the list goes on.
