We are current homeowners in a Mungo-built community, and if I could go back, we would never have signed the contract. From the outset, there were troubling signs: inordinate delays, evasive communication, and a general lack of transparency. Been in our new Mungo home in Sneads Ferry, NC for a month now...Love it! Entire process went very smoothly and everyone we came in contact was fabulous and very accommodating. Highly recommend Mungo Homes.

I live right next to this new development. The loud equipment was a lot every day...then there is the LOUD music and singing by the workers....but the worst part is all the TRASH I have to pick up in my yard every single day. Food wrappers, food containers, drink cups, water bottles, soda cans, bags from stores, all kinds of plastic, pieces of the wrap from the side of the house, big and small pieces of cardboard....it has been non stop.
