This was our third new build home and by far the worst in terms of quality and customer service. The craftsmanship was very poor (uneven doors, unfinished cuts in trim work, seams that show on trim, mismatched floorboards, HVAC issues years later, improperly installed gutter that caused a lot of water damage in our sunroom (but it wasn’t their problem, so they wouldn’t fix it because it wasn’t caught after 1 year) and the list goes on. Absolute worst Builders ever!!! Stay away from any neighborhood they build!
We are current homeowners in a Mungo-built community, and if I could go back, we would never have signed the contract. From the outset, there were troubling signs: inordinate delays, evasive communication, and a general lack of transparency. What was supposed to be a move-in date of August 2024 became a frustrating and costly wait that stretched into the end of March 2025, with little accountability throughout.
