Destroying Scotts Hill Loop one major subdivision at a time.
After reading several negative comments, I am happy to report i did not experience that here at the Citadel Point location. The sales team was great and helpful, the builder who I met was very good and I have not had any major issues at all. Been here now about 5 weeks a few minor cosmetic issues I am about to report at Mt 30 day Point. It was nice to get an email at the 30 day Point inquiring about problems and to report them. Be careful when they try to sell you a lot as a prime lot adding a few 10 thousand to the price and the lot has a train road behind. I wouldn’t invest over there and I have actually lost money because I have decided to not close with them. Location was awful for the price. Think smart.
